Hummus came from Middle East but it is loved all around the world due to its appetizing flavors. Making hummus is as easy as abc and takes only few minutes.
Here is the simple weight loss friendly Hummus Recipe:
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garlic cloves 2
Water 3-4 tbsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp

Take the boiled chickpeas and put them into the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients into the chickpeas and blend until you get a thick and creamy paste.
Pour the yummy hummus into the bowl, pour olive oil over it and serve it with Pita bread.
Note: Save some chickpeas for decoration of hummus later.
